Hi, the laptop updated and now, having signed in, the desktop (and Firefox itself) is looping. The task bar flashes on and off every 2 seconds or so, nothing shows on Desktop. Had to come into Firefox via Task Manager, cannot access anything via the desktop or menu, not even Control Panel. Signed out and back in several times, no change! The update took a long time but did seem to complete successfully. Can anyone help? Thank you
Hi, recently i just reinstalling my VIA HD VDeck driver 'cause it was corrupted. When i installed the newest version, it doesn't work at all. I tried every solution and even copying the VDeck64 to fix the 32 bit problem, nothing happened. I installed my old driver when win 10 is still in 10586 version. My Win 10 is 64 bit version, but the new driver still read it as 32 bit, even i downloaded the 64 bit version. Plz help
Hi, Need to leave my opinion as these issues are driving me mad... I recently purchased Surface pro 4 with windows 10 installed. Display problems: Display of some 3rd party programs i use are blurred. Some of the program setting windows display blurred also. The words in the title bars are so small i can hardly see them. Installing programs, set up process, the words are too small and they do not display properly so i cannot uncheck unwanted 3rd party programs. Google home page has a unnecessary scroll bar. Icons on the task bar are too small to accurately use touch screen facility. I had to change the display settings to 250%, so i can use touch screen. (Without pen). All these issues seem to be due to DPI settings. Which i can't seem to change, as no compatibility mode option? I have installed a 3rd party software, as to use compatibility mode (W10 dpi fix) which has removed most blur issues. But max 200%, so icons are too small again to use touch screen without a pen. (Never needed a pen before using any of my Android kit). Also, the power button, powers off the computer completely! When all i need it to do, is turn the screen off, without affecting any running programs. So i can carry unit with me, without accidentally interfacing with it, and to save battery power. There is no option to "Turn screen off" in the Power button options. (Again a feature Android devices just instinctively have). I have been waiting a long time for a Microsoft PC / Android Tablet type solution. This unit cost me £700. But doesn't have these seemingly basic functions. If you're trying to appeal to the Android market, these basic features are needed. Disappointed, but hopeful of fixes, if I take the time to feedback to you. Any updates planned for these issue please?
after the most recent update for Windows 10 I did last night, today the laptop gone haywire. First my touchpad isn't working properly i.e. I can't move the cursor smoothly and it will hang very often. I've check in device manage trying to update it, uninstall and reinstall back, it is still the same problem. Next is the webpage. Whenever I open a new webpage on either Microsoft Edge nor Google Chrome, the webpage will automatically scroll to the bottom without me touching anything. And scrolling back up is a big issue too with the touchpad problem. I tried clicking "Page Up" button, it won't let me go back up to the top of the page. Thirdly is the keyboard. While I type, it will have 1 to 2 seconds delay especially when I need to go backspace or delete something. As if something has block it to go backward. P/s: I have try reset the laptop deleting all the APP before hand and still the problem exist. Please help.

After performing a Clean Install with official MS "Refresh Tool" on my Surface Pro 3 (OS 14393.567, default settings, all updates installed, no insider), Mail app has now sync problems. Error 0x86000c0a "Try again later" or something, since 3 days now... Already tried to remove and re-add MS/Outlook account, reboot several times, but still the same error over and over. Happens on Windows 10 Mobile too after Hard Reset (and Backup Restore), on my Lumia 950 XL Is there a manual fix for this or is it a MS server issue? Thanks, P
Hello I have a DELL Pc on I which I installed Windows 10 a few months ago, media playing was working fine (I use VLC or the Movies&TV Windows app). Since a few days, I can't read the majority of my video files on any of these apps. Some videos work, others don't. AVI files work, but MKV and Gopro videos don't. They used to, I didn't make any changes to the apps. It just stopped working. I updated VLC, didn't change anything, did it for Movies&TV too. Can someone please help me on this matter? Thank you!!! :) Note: I already tried every solutions of this page https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/3078121 without results....

Windows 10: Internet connection is working for all applications except for Windows Store and Windows UpdateWindows 10
Hi all, I just bought a machine running Windows 10 and I'm already frustrated (after 24h). My WiFi connection is working (I'm posting this from the computer connected to my WiFi network) but the Windows Store doesn't seem to connect to the internet for the downloads. Also the "Introduction" from Windows 10 states that I'm not connected to the Internet and I'm able to check for Windows updates but the download process doesn't start. I have temporarily disabled the firewall and anti-virus, I've ran "wsreset.exe" and I've mostly tried everything I found on the Internet about this issue. Any help would be really appreciated. Thank you.
