Volume slider freezes, no sound, no streaming video, Windows 10, Realtek HD Audio driver

Windows 10 Home x64 Since I have updated my HP laptop to windows 10 from 8.1 a couple of days ago, I have been facing issues with sound (Realtek HD drivers installed). Often it stops working completely and only solution is to restart. After boot up it runs for some 30-40 minutes, but then again the same problem. Symptoms: 1. No sound at all 2. Volume slider freezes 3. Videos stop streaming 4. Taskbar becomes unresponsive at times. I have tried to uninstall the previous driver so that Windows can reinstall the compatible version on its own. But it did not solve the issue. I have also tried to update to the latest driver from Realtek's website, but did not work. The current audio driver version that I have is 6.0.1.7548 Need help. ScreenShot on Windows 10 Bootcamp

Hello every Windows 10 lovers, Windows 10 is an awesome windows for everyone. I am having a problem figuring how to take a screenshot on a bootcamped windows 10. I have tried FN, Shift and F11 all at once so DONT say that and I noticed when I go to Game DVR setting their shortcut is Win + Alt +PrtScn and of course macs do not have that function... If anyone can help please do cause I really want to know how to screen shot. Thanks TheTechGuy_101

Win 10 and Roxio

Roxio, stored on an external drive worked on Win 7 an internal drive. Upgraded to Win 10 and now Roxio does not run. It is all there on the ext. drive but cannot get it to run. Have a shortcut on the int. drive but message states not working correctly. Any help?

Keystroke skipping/lag and other oddities post-Windows 10 upgrade

I have a Lenovo Z575 laptop. Recently upgraded to Windows 10 from 7. After the upgrade when typing, the keyboard will suddenly stop recognizing keystrokes for a couple of seconds, then be fine for about 20 seconds, then stop recognizing keystrokes for couple of seconds, etc. Also, the cursor will similarly fail for a couple of seconds when dragging a scroll bar, etc. This happens both in browser (Chrome) and programs (Word, etc.). It happens with all of the keys. I have not spilled anything on my laptop keyboard and the keyboard worked fine prior to the update. Also, certain buttons on the Start menu just do not work. Nothing happens after clicking on the Settings button. The cursor will spin for a bit, then not spin, then go back to spinning, etc. This repeats for a while and the Settings never opens. Exact same thing happens when I right-click the Start menu and try to open the Control Panel or other locations. However, the All Apps, File Explorer, and Power buttons work fine and bring up their respective locations when clicked. Lastly, when a menu is opened by the cursor (for example, when the Start menu is right-clicked or a browser drop-down menu, such as the ones at the bottom of this page to pick category, windows version, etc.), it will close on its own after a few seconds without any action on my part. When it closes, the cursor spins like when a program is being opened. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. I am pretty frustrated at the moment.

Edge is not always better

How do I stop my IE shortcuts from defaulting to edge when opening ? I've heard the song about how it's a better browser but that is not the case for me , I run a program in Internet Explorer and then I have to add my site into the "Compatibility View Settings" box . I've made a shortcut for quick access for my business and when I click the shortcut it atomaticly defaults to Edge which does not have a tools icon to open compatibility settings and I can not run my program and It would take to long for me to log on to IE first every time I need it (sometimes 200 times a day)

I've successfully installed Windows 10 (at least I didn't receive any error messages to the contrary) on my PC, but when I sign in and get to my desktop, my whole desktop flashes constantly and I'm not able to access the internet or any of the programs on my desktop. Nothing will function as long as the desktop acts as it does. Help!
