can't unlock or log in after upgrading to Windows 10Windows 10
I am using a MacBook with dual boot system. After I completed the Windows 10 upgrading and the system restarted, the screen prompt "Press Ctrl + Alt + Delete to unlock". But when I press Ctrl+Alt+Delete, it won't unlock. How do I fix this problem? Thanks very much.

Are you using Boot Camp for Dual boot?
I suspect that your keyboard become unresponsive at lock screen. The issue might be due to incompatible drivers. Try and check if you're able to move the cursor on that lock screen. If so, then the problem will be with the keyboard functionality.
Ensure that software that you're using for dual boot on Mac should have updated with all drivers that are compatible with Windows 10.
