Dual monitor wont turn on after opening laptop

Windows 10

Hi, I have recently connected my old PC monitor to my laptop using a DVI to HDMI cable. It initially didnt work when I connected it but I opened the Intel Graphics Settings menu - clicked and multiple displays - detect and it then turns on the 2nd monitor and it works fine. When I close my laptop (so putting it to sleep) it puts the 2nd monitor to sleep (which is fine) but when I open it again it doesnt wake the 2nd monitor up and I have to repeat the whole process again. How do I change the settings so when I close the laptop it puts the 2nd monitor to sleep but when I open the laptop it automatically wakes the 2nd monitor up without me having to go through the Intel Graphics Setting menu. Thanks for your help.

Microsoft store won't load anymore on Windows 10

Windows 10

Hi, My Store and many of the apps that came with the OS have stopped working. I've tried all of the solutions I can find on the internet including creating a new account, running shell commands such as DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Scanhealth DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth sfc /scannow this does nothing and Get-AppXPackage -AllUsers -Name Microsoft.WindowsStore | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)AppXManifest.xml" -Verbose} throws up an error [Microsoft.WindowsStore_11610.1001.234.0_neutral_~_8wekyb3d8bbwe from: (AppxBundleManifest.xml) failed with error0x80070002.] then bails, or completes with multiple errors, and only partially fixes things then goes back to fully not functioning. Also, the system won't update, and when the store is briefly functioning nothing from the store updates either, causes it to stop functioning again. Does anyone please have a real solution for this problem and the system update problem? Thanks in advance Barry

Windows 10 wont boot

Windows 10

My PC has had windows for a while now, and ever since I built it, no new components have been put in. Recently, my computer stopped booting, as it just shows the blue windows symbol with the spinning white dots below. After ten seconds or so it just goes to a grey screen and doesnt do anything. When i go to the boot menu, it says theres a problem with windows so i tried reseting my computer every time. When its in the middle of resetting, it ends up saying, "There was a problem and nothing was changed" or something like that.

windows 10 licence

Windows 10

Hello, in 2015 I upgraded my Windows 7 PC with the free Windows 10 upgrade. I have been using the Windows 10 Preview issues ever since. Since the last 2 preview versions I have been having problems (resuming from Hibernation/sleep - blank screen) so I decided to revert to the regular windows. While attempting to reset the PC from a new Windows 10 image that I downloaded, when prompted I input the 25 character long key on the label on the bottom of the pc (which has become very faded) This code was not accepted - how can I find my current code. I ran winver and then I noticed that my windows is listed as an evaluation copy and will expire on June 1st 2017. As I moved to Windows 10 in the free upgrade period I would have thought that I would have a permanent Windows 10 Licence. Any clarification on this would be appreciated
