'Reset this PC' Option not working for Win 10

Windows 10

It was going all well until that late night download ruined it all. I discovered that I couldn't open control panel, run and not even task manager. However, I got rid of the malwares w/ the Malwarebytes but still can't open those, ultimately when I decided to reset my pc, I got to know even that wasn't working. When I click the 'Get Started' button, it does nothing.

Admin rights

Windows 10

Ok this has got me stuck like Chuck. I'm trying to help a friend of mine with his laptop Windows 7 Professional. The computer has three user accounts. The first user account is the administrator account (which unfortunately has been given full admin status) password protected with unknown admin pass. The second user account is password protected with unknown password, and the third account is password free. The UAC will not allow me to install or run any new programs or make changes too numerous programs because I do not know the administrator password. To further compound the problem the boot sequence is pass protected so that I can not enter the BIOS to reset the administrator password. I am hoping that I can upgrade to a free Windows 10 and that will reset user accounts, even though I would prefer to keep Windows 7. short of that the way I see it I have only two options. open up the laptop case and remove the BIOS battery therefore hopefully resetting the BIOS or format the hard drive both of which I am trying to avoid desperately. I have been messing with this all night and I'm ready to pull my hair out. I have tried every other option Under the Sun that I can think of. Any advice is appreciated, thank you

Failed: Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1607 for x64-based Systems

Windows 10

Greetings, I've been through all the posts I can find here, and tried all the things. I'm still having trouble. 1) Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1607 for x64-based Systems (KB3206632) Failed to install. After reboot it says it could not complete and undo the changes. 2)Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1607 for x64-based Systems (KB3213986) Failed to install. Same thing as above 3)Security Update for Windows (KB3206632) failed to install I ran sfc/scannow and "Windows resource protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some of these." I booted in safe mode and ran DISM /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth and at 99.9% it gave me this: Error: 0x800f0906 DISM Log: http://mypixelobsession.com/32/dism.log WindowsUpdate.log: http://mypixelobsession.com/32/WindowsUpdate.log I wasn't sure if you needed my sys info or not.

Unable to create a storage pool

Windows 10

I have received notifications from windows that I'm out of space in disc, so I'm trying to create a storage pool in disc D in which there is 931gb, not being used, but whenever I try I get the error to close the applications accessing the disco. I have already tried closing all programs and even moving some few files that were stored there, but I keep getting the same error. What can I do?
