After receiving a major upgrade in the new year that took 2 1/2 hours (!) many programs will not work - Adobe PDF reader, Windows media player, Open Office, and Zoomplayer works but generates an error message when closing. WerFault comes up saying that "The instruction at 0x000000073DA3627 referenced memory at 0x000000073A23B2C. The memory could not be written. Click OK to terminate the program." Adobe and Openoffice do not start and search for an answer to the problem until I give up and cancel. I have AMD hardware and I think that has been a problem since the beginning of Win10 since the upgrade from Win8 failed several times before Win10 would install and crashed often after that. This is the first time that I've lost so much functionality and would be helpless if I didn't still have an XP computer available. While typing this the WerFault message came up again twice.
Hello! I have a problem of course it mentioned on the subject. First thing that happened was a message popped up saying "Your of ran into a problem and needs to restart." Then I was confused. Then the loading screen came back on and then when I tried to to type my password, a black screen popped up and said the same message mentioned above. This happened almost 3 times. Then it opened for me. The I was just Playing a game then my computer overheated and went off. Then when I started it, the loading screen popped and then under it, it says "Preparing Automatic Repair" then another message popped "Diagnosing your PC" then it said "Your PC didn't start correctly" then I clicked restart and did the same thing. I searched everywhere in the internet, tried everything on the internet (literally). Please can some one help me?!? Please? And it would be great to get a response Thanks community! by the way my computer is TOSHIBA Win 8.1 (Laptop)
I have a Hotmail account since 2004 and I have a Skype account since 2007, which means I was one of the first in all stories. Unfortunately, since with this linking and unlinking accounts, I have open one new Microsoft account around 2013 and gets somehow linked with my old Skype (who ever imagined the future), and I also linked recently through a device (Lumia Phone) my old Microsoft account with a new / not much used Skype account. I was try to link and unlink to resolve, I was even try to close the new Microsoft account linked with my old Skype account. I got stack. Any help please? Thanks. Mihai.
Hello, I have an Acer SW5-111 that had Windows 10 preinstalled. In October last year it updated to the anniversary edition, but I didn't check the compatibility before updating. Since 10 days has passed, I cannot go back to the previous build, so I am after the windows 10 iso file so I can reinstall the software. Does anybody know where I could find it please? Regards Sam
I am installing Windows 7 Ultimate onto a fresh system which includes a DVD drive, SSD, and HDD. I have configured the priority in the BIOS to boot the DVD drive thenthe SSD and I actually disconnected the SATA data cable from the HDD to eliminate confusion. When I insert the sketchy disc i bought off Ebay, the program appears to load completely, the start up window pops up for a second as if it's going to go straight into the install process, then a black screen appears with the error message: windowssystem32ntoskrnl.exe Windows failed to load because the kernel is missing, or corrupt. Please Help! *I do not currently have access to a computer that i can use to download Windows 7 onto a flash drive or a disc and in 2017 i can't justify spending $70-100 on an outdated operating system

Hey everyone I need help with a problem regarding the BSOD problem - BAD_POOL_HEADER. However, this isn't a problem whereby I can't carry on and I'm faced with the BSOD until it's fixed. No, the problem is intermittent, which also means it's harder to find out exactly what or where the cause it. Now and again, on start-up, just as I get to the log-in screen or as I attempt to log in, the BSOD will show itself. Sometimes, there's no problem for weeks, and if there is a BSOD, a simple restart later and I'm up and running. Other times, I'll get hit by 2 or 3 BSOD in a row before I can log on successfully. However, this is quite annoying and may progressively worsen, so I want to take care of the problem while I can. Firstly, I need to find out what, or where the problem is ... This is what I have done so far (standard stuff, not that it's helped): Checked all connected devices and associated drivers and programs - All working and updated Checked all other drivers (Manually through Device Manager) - All drivers working and updated Checked that Windows 10 and all programs are up to date Ran Malware and Virus Checks (Including Registry and so on) Uninstalled older/unnecessary programs Used Memory Diagnostics Tool - No problems with RAM Used Windows Error Checking program for HD - No problems found Ran SysCheck in Command Prompt - No problems found Ran Windows Disk Cleanup Any advice? If you need information from me such as a minidump file, let me know and I will get the OneDrive link up. Additional Information: Recently, I have also had one MEMORY_MANAGEMENT and one IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL BSOD error. After trying some solutions, I have not had any problems since.

Hi, my wireless mouse has the opposite clicks to my laptop, so when left click on the touchpad I would need to use the right mouse button to do the same, and if I right click on the touchpad I would need to use the left mouse button to do the same. Any ideas on how to rectify? I'm using Windows 10 on a Lenovo M30 laptop Thanks
