Getting pop up drivers being out of dateWindows 10
I keep getting messages about drivers being out of date. Is this just sales attempts or should I be concerned about this?

Thank you for posting your query on Microsoft Community.
As per the description, I understand that you are getting a pop up to update the drivers on your Windows 7 machine. I will certainly help you in getting this issue fixed.
Since you are not experiencing any issue with the machine, this might be a virus/malware. Let’s follow below steps and check if that helps:
Step 1: Safely uninstall all the unwanted programs which are installed in your computer.
Step 2: I would also recommend you to perform a full virus scan using the antivirus program installed on the computer or by using Microsoft Safety Scanner as this issue could also occur by malwares.
Safety Scanner Disclaimer: There could be a loss of data while performing a scan using Microsoft safety scanner to eliminate viruses if any.
Note: Any data files that are infected may only be cleaned by deleting the file entirely, which means there is a potential for data loss.
Hope this information is helpful. Please write back to us for any further assistance, we'll be glad to assist you.
