Windows 7 - I'm having a tough time repairing a corrupt tcpmon.iniWindows 10
I have an old Windows 7 PC at home. Long story short, I have a new project that required me to install .NET 4. Unfortunately that isn't working, and after reading on the Internet I think this has to do with corrupt files. I ran sfc/scannow which identified tcpmon.ini as the corrupt file. Unfortunately, I don't have my Windows installation CD from so long ago.
Does anyone have a good idea how to repair this file without the CD? I also see notes online about copying a good file into that location, but unfortunately I can't locate a clean tcpmon.ini anywhere.
