Windows Folder SizeWindows 10
Upgraded to Windows 10, but later I felt that hardware wasn't that responsive as it was before so I did a clean install, this time I chose a 232 GB single partition as a whole for the system. When the setup was complete and the system was good and running, I checked which folder is taking much of the hard drive's space, and that was Windows folder about 13 GB. Is this normal, even after fresh clean install? Thanks.

Yes, this is normal not to worry.
Some of the files there are temporary and are only used to facilitate the download and installation, so the size of the $Windows.~BT folder differs when you see it.
