After logging into Windows 7 the whole screen goes black

Windows 7

I have a Windows 7 computer with 3 user profiles.  When I log into the computer with one of the user profiles the whole screen goes black.  If I do a control+alt+delete then I can see a blue screen again allowing me to log off but if I log in with the same user profile again then the screen is all black again.

When I log into the computer with the other two user profiles, the screen is normal and I can see the desktop and icons fine.

Any ideas how to fix the user profiles that gets a black screen after logging in?
