'C' Drive Full

Windows 7

Asked by: Aussie Perry

G'day,

My ' C ' Drive is full.  I have uninstall the things I do not need and Defraged and did a disk clean.

I have just purchased a new External 2 tb Hard drive.  I want to change the files on my full drive to the new one.

I have paid $120 to Microsoft for support.

When I had a problem a Technician was able to connect to my computer and fixed everything.

Would the $120 entitle me to have the same thing done to clean up my ' C 'Drive?

Also I must have had some sort of reference number after I paid for the support.  I have no idea where to find it now.

I would very much appreciate some help please.

This is what you are looking for advice about in the Computer area:

According to your information you have prepared your C: Drive to move everything, including the Operating System, to the larger 2T Drive.

I only included to my link to cleaning up your C including TreeSize:, as your question is different to that, as I explained:

In this link is how to clean up your C: Drive; but that is not where your question is heading.
