Error 0x80200013, while updating my Windows 10 Version 1511 (OS Build 10586.589) to Version 1607

Dear All,

My windows current version is 1511 and I can't update to the version 1607. Every time, I tried to update, it's always show as below -

"• Feature update to Windows 10, version 1607 - Error 0x80200013" .

Can anybody help me, how can I solve this error? Thank You!

Try updating manually using an Installation media(don't use the upgrade assistant, instead use Media creation tool)

Or if you wish to save an ISO for future purposes like Re-Installation download an ISO(Select create Installation media)
