Network Printer on Windows 10 Stops WorkingWindows 8.1
This one is completely driving me insane. In the last few weeks, our network printer has stopped working on just one of our PC's.
I can see the printer in Devices & Printers, I've tried restarting the Printer Spool, tried that in safe mode. I've tried removing the printer, and reinstalling the drivers (which fails, because the Print Spooler has been stopped, but it hasn't, because I can see it is running).
When in the Printers & scanners screen, I can see the printer, but it has 'Driver is unavailable' under it, which is also the message on Devices & Printers.
My question is, how do you make the driver available when you can't install the driver?
The same printer works on an iPhone, iMac, Macbook and a couple Surface Pro's.
Thanks for your help.
