Windows 8.1 installer will not recognize SSD

Windows 8.1

I have used for 3 months win 8.1 on my m.2 128GB SSD (42mm) with no problem. Last week I turned off my computer in the evening and in the morning I got this error: 0xc000000e . So I booted falsh disk installer win 8.1, tried to repair - could not repair. Tried to re-install Win 8.1 - installer couldn´t see SSD. BIOS and Boot screen sees the SSD. But when booted W7 on HDD, SSD could not be seen on device manager and disk manager.

I have lenovo Y510P and using MyDigitalSSD Super Cache2 42mm SATA III (6G) M.2 NGFF SSD (128gb)

Any suggestions?

Thanks

To check if the issue with SSD, you may try using the SSD in different computer and see if it recognizes.
