Where did my game go? AoEIII

Windows 8

I purchased Age of Empires III from Microsoft back in Nov of 2010. I have my order number..date of purchase but the game is no longer showing up as available for download. Where did my game go? I notice Microsoft is not doing PC games any longer and it is all Xbox. Does that mean my purchased game was taken away by Microsoft? Is it still available for me to play and I am just not looking in the right place? The order still shows up in my account but does not show up in the track order history and tells me to contact Microsoft if the order was before 2012. So far no luck.

Can't open email messages with Windows 7 search

Windows 8

Hi, We use Outlook 2010 x86 on Windows 7 Proffesional. When we try to search with Windows, we can see several email messages. When I click to open one of these email messages, nothing happens. I have found several posts on the internet, but their solution didn't work. We have tried the folowing: - Repairing Office 2010 - Rebuilding the index of outlook 2010 - Rebuilding the index of Windows 7 Search - Removed the Windows search feature, rebooted, reinstalled te feature, reboot, same result, not working - We also have done a profile reset, that worked for a short while, but then the issue camed back. - Reinstalled Office 2010, not working Can someone help me please?

On my windows 10, the start button will not work and therefore I can not access the files like before. Can this problem be fixed?

Windows 8

When I first got my new computer last August everything on windows 10 work. Then in early December of last year I could not and still can not open the start button and have access to a number of applications. Also the applications icons arranged on my display in an orderly way but now are oversized and scattered all over the screen. I hope there is a way to get the start button operating again as that would be much help.

Windows updates and Antiviruses

Windows 8

Please help!! I can't get all my window updates only 22. I had to reinstall all drivers and Windows 7 64 Ultimate SP1, had to reboot windows(actually technicians did that.) I put on Kaspersky Total Security, which I'm not familiar with. Had Bitdefender before.... everytime I go to programs at the start menu, then windows updates it just sits for hours showing the green bar moving and that's it. Its stops responding? How can I get me windows updated so I have all the new updates to run new programs properly. I'm even having problems updating my nvidia driver too. I'd appreciate any help on this guys...Its my first time doing a post but my computer is not running at the best performance due to those window updates and I think it has something to do with the firewall

How thorough is a reset in Windows 10?

Windows 8

I am having difficulties with my computer. For example, I have icons in many folders that I can't delete. It says the file is no longer there (and it shouldn't be since this happens when a file is deleted). I can see it. I can click open its properties box. The two on my desktop allow me to move them (only within the limits of the desktop). These things make me nervous. They make me feel that I have a virus or malware, but a sweep with both Windows Defender and AVG anti-virus apps turns up nothing as does my ByteFence Malware app. And recently, this computer screwed up with my AVG apps (I have a Tuneup app from them that is killer also), It won't let me cdo an uninstall, telling me the same thing about the program in the Control Panel. My computer just keeps telling me the item is no longer there. Even so, I can't do an install because something is in my system blocking it. I checked my firewalI and the exceptions are the same as my other desktop computer. So, I wish to make an fresh install of Windows 10. Everything I've read here today says that many problems can be fixed by doing a simple reset. So, my question is this: If I use Windows 10 reset, is this an actual fresh install of Windows (but leaving my installed apps) or can I expect to still have to same problems? The reason I ask is that every time I had a mystery problem in Win 7, an O/S reset wasn't enough, a format needed to be involved. I have no problem doing a complete wipe, but it is time comsuming, taking as long as 10 hours at times. I'm hoping to get this install right the way I prefer it this time. I am planning it step by step to make sure all the necessary apps and utilities are there cleanly installed so I can make a recovery drive in that condition. So I will be very appreciative if It could be done in a reset. Hoping for the best experience, planning for the worst. Thanks, Mike.

Family Features Ask for permission

Windows 8

Hi my name is Sophia and I am running Windows 10 I'm not in any Microsoft family. I use Google Chrome every single day. This morning I click open new tab and it was a black page and I exited from Google Chrome. I tried going back into it and it just gave me a pop up that said "You'll need to ask an adult in your family if you can use: Google Chrome". As far as I'm aware of my account isn't a child and I've never had an option to make it child. I just want this solved please, I use this everyday :(

Robocopy Fails to Terminate

Windows 8

Windows 7 Ultimate SP1 (x64)C:WindowsSystem32Robocopy.exe (version 5.1.10.1027) I created a script to copy backups of entire disc partitions from an internal hard drive to an external, removable hard drive. Both the source and destination drives are NFTS. When I run the script on an incremental backup of size 1.5 GB or less, the copy is successful. When I run the script on a full backup of size 10.0 GB or greater, the result is a corrupted file; and Robocopy does not terminate. It must be manually terminated via the Task Manager. Yes, there is more than sufficient space on the external, removable hard drive to hold the copy. The switches on Robocopy in my script are:/COPY:DT /V /NP /R:10 /W:30Am I doing this wrong? If not, is there a fix?
