Unplug power, remove battery, hold power button down for 30 seconds, plug PC in and try starting.

Using whichever method works for accessing Advanced Startup Options in Windows 10 are you able to get into Safe Mode with networking?  If so go over the Windows 10 Performance and Install Integrity Checklist - Microsoft Community

Include the step to Enable or Disable Hibernate. If you can't get into Safe Mode try running the Disable command from the Advanced Startup Options Command Prompt.

From the same Options run Startup Repair, System Restore and consider doing a Reset Your Windows 10 PC.   You may need to Create Windows 10 Installation Media to boot into second screen Repair Your Computer link to access these.

If not work through the Troubleshooting Windows 8 and 10 Failure to Start - Microsoft Community.

Feel free to ask back any questions and let us know how it goes.
