internet problems after updateWindows RT 8.1
I recently got a new windows update on either the 11th or the 12th and since then I'm unable to browse the web on any browser. Everytime I attempt to load up a webpage that isn't Google, I get an error saying the server's DNS address can't be found, troubleshooting says that "one or more network protocols are missing from this computer " which i don't know how to resolve. I've tried countless things to fix the issue including flushing the DNS cache and attempting to revert back to windows 8.1(currently running windows 10) but nothing has worked thus far, intrestingly enough online games work just fine, the issue is with web browsing. Doing a system restore provides a temporary solution but the problem always comes back. I need some advice on fixing this issue please. My drivers are all up to date btw and uninstalling the update didn't fix it either
