!/3 of my memory is "driver locked"

Windows RT

Asked by: RickRinehimer

My Windows 7 PC has been really slow for the past few weeks.  Downloaded RAMMap and it says that almost 1 Gig of my 3 gig memory is "Driver Locked".  Checked hardware, startup and ran through all Microsoft's Mr Fix It pages with no change.

Anyone have any other ideas on things to check?  Strange, system s only using about 15% of CPU resources, but running at nearly 90% memory used.

Thanks, Rick
