OT- No Audio

You may face this issue if proper audio drivers are not installed on the computer. I would suggest you to update the latest audio drivers from manufacturer website and check if it helps.

Follow these methods and check if it helps:

Method 1:
First, let us check if the speaker is disabled. Follow these steps:

a. Right-click on the volume icon and choose Playback devices.

b. Now, check if the speaker is shown up and it is enabled.

c. If you do not find the speaker shown here, right-click on the empty space on the window and choose Show Hidden devices, Show Disconnected devices.

d. Now, right-click on the speaker output and choose Enable.

e. Save the changes.

Method 2: 
I suggest you to uninstall the audio drivers from device manager. Then, install the latest audio driver available from the computer manufacturer's website and check if it helps:
Step 1: Uninstall the audio driver:

a. Press Windows Key + X and then click Device Manger.

b. Expand ‘Audio inputs and outputs”.
c. Right-click on audio driver and select Uninstall’.
d. Follow the prompt and restart the computer.
