Dear Windows Member I'm an Information technician at university And All the PCs running windows 10 pro when I try to change the lock screen by Administrator account it applies only for this account so when student sign out from her account the lock screen become empty Please advice me with that
I have noticed that some Windows notifications seem to lock up the taskbar for approx 60 seconds such that hovering over items in the taskbar or clicking them has no effect until a minute later when everything that was clicked all happen at once. The rest of the desktop is unaffected. It only appears to be certain application notifications and not every time. One such application is FileZilla, I have since disabled notifications from that. Another, today was the Office installer (for OneNote), upon completion it triggered a notification and the taskbar locked up. I only installed this W10 setup a couple of months ago and pretty much noticed the issue early on, so it's not a recent development. As this doesn't appear to be a common problem (web searches don't seem to find this exact issue) I'm guessing it's going to be hardware or software specific. Questions is, where do I start? Windows is all up-to-date, as are all drivers. One thought that crosses my mind is that I am running 3 monitors on 2 different graphics cards of slightly different models, a GeForce 210 and a GeForce GT 730... Would that be the first place to look (seems the most common place to look for desktop lock up related issues)? The issue affects the taskbar on all 3 monitors, BTW.
This week I purchased a new PC windows 10. (January 2017). I am very disappointed to discover that your photo editing gallery has been changed! and far too radically, in fact beyond recognition! (awful). As the changes were made in November 2016, I assume they will be there by default, so I gather I'm stuck with it. I always loved it, but now I'm afraid I'll be looking for another programme. Message to Microsoft.."If it isn't broken, don't bother to change it!"

Hi I have some bluetooth headphones that used to work. They used to lose connection intermittently but then start again. I thought this could be a problem with the driver and used safebytes to check the driver. After making the changes they advised they stopped working completely. I have since tried lots of different things to get them working but I have the following problem (images taken from another post with same issue but didn't solve my problem): Device gets paired (I can communicate with a mobile, no problem): Then I use Windows + A and click on Connect where I can see my devce: I click on it: and it shows this: I can't find the correct solution or reason why it does it.
Running cmd.exe : arp -a -v lists all IP addresses on the C class subnet on one of my Win 10 Pro machines (another one is fine). The erroneous entries are all in this format: 192.168.50.251 00-00-00-00-00-00 invalid 192.168.50.252 00-00-00-00-00-00 invalid 192.168.50.253 00-00-00-00-00-00 invalid 192.168.50.254 00-00-00-00-00-00 invalid These are listed on my Ethernet interface on that subnet and also for an interface: 0.0.0.0 --- 0xffffffff Disabling the Ethernet adapter and re enabling it corrects the problem for a short period, but it always comes back. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
