Windows 10 menu and notification issues...thinking of returning to Windows 7

Dammit

I was typing in my problems with Windows 10 menu breaking and why I'm thinking of going back to Windows 7 when the power went out. I was already in a foul mood about the menu problem, now I'm in far to **** a mood to retype it all.

I'm going back to Windows 7 because Windows 10 menu and notifications broke on me twice and I'm not going to refresh Windows and go through the pain of reinstalling my apps, and rebuilding my menu.

I understand why Windows 10 is free... because having people pay for such a craptacular work of shoddy programming would be nothing short of criminal.
