WiFi Interference coupled with hacking problem

Windows Vista

I've been posting on the Webroot Community forums concerning issues I've experienced with hackers. They said I should post to the Windows Community since they don't seem to think it's a Webroot concern. I have Windows 8.1 and run the Windows Firewall in tandem with the Webroot SecureAnywhere software....obviously not. Anyway, the two jpgs I'm posting are the most recent problem. It revolves around a public libraries Wifi at the moment, but I have experienced the same issue in surrounding areas. Any suggestions would be appreciated. I never received the free Windows 10 upgrade that was suppose to be free with the purchase of my laptop even though I reserved a copy that would be available in July upon it's release. I'm having a lovely time combating all these cyber possibilities.

Windows 10 iso

Windows Vista

Hello all I live in a place where the internet speed is not good. The best thing that we could get is about 250 kb/s. I need to do a clean install of Windows 10 pro, but as a result of what I said' downloading an iso would not be the right choice. I need to create the iso image by converting the Microsoft Windows 10 usb as an alternative. Will doing this cause any problems for the Windows 10 ?

Windows 10 Stop Code Blue screen "Bad Pool Caller"

Windows Vista

I this problem on my desktop and have also had it on my laptop so some rime now. Unfortunately when trying to zip my minidump files on the laptop I lost the files in the process. At this point I have 15 files in my minidump folder on the desk top and had 17 in the minidump on my laptop. It seems that I get them when I am doing research for a MS Edge problem that I have on my wife's system and on my laptop. The edge works just fine on this desktop except getting the Stop Code error. How about some help here please. The laptop Edge has the same problem as my wife's which is a blank Start Page in Edge. Here is the link to the minidump files from the desktop. Thanks in advance for your help. https://onedrive.live.com/?id=FD5110C2C2CD1CC2%2115036&cid=FD5110C2C2CD1CC2 Curt

Elimination of "This Computer is Not Running Genuine Windows" popup

Windows Vista

My PC came factory installed with Windows 7 Professional, by Dell. A few months back I had one of my hard drives fail (in a RAID 1 configuration) and as a result replaced the failed drive, and had the RAID restore the new drive. Things were good until now about a month ago when I began receiving a popup that is the subject of this request for help. I ran a diagnostic that I found on your website, and to follow is a copy of the output from that diagnostic. Please let me know what can be done to correct this condition. Ethernet not working after update

Windows Vista

I have a very My laptop I bought in 2012 with Win7. I donwloaded Win10 when it came out. WiFi worked properly until July 16 (7 months ago). Turns out my laptop is not compatible with Win10. Since Win7 came pre installed I couldn't restore my computer to factory settings. Cable connection was working so I decided to just use that. Now yesterday a Windows update downloaded and installed itself (as it's **** impossible to avoid it even though I **** hate them) And today you guessed it, my Ethernet driver cannot identify my network, that means no connection, and I only have my laptop and an iPad (out of which I am posting this) that means I can't just go downaloading drivers and transfering via USB or anything for that matter. Does anyone have a near similar problem or knows how to fix this? I already tried everything online, deinstalled ethernet driver and rebooted, updated driver from computer files, changed ip and dns, ipconfig renew doesnt work since wifi driver doesnt qork et sit cetera, please help me. I was counting on another year without buying a new computer since mine works perfectly, putting this catastrophe aside.
