Windows Vista

Hi,

Due to another issue with connecting bluetooth mouse I have to uncheck "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power" for the Bluetooth HID device. But as soon as I save this setting a get a BSOD: page_fault_in_nonpaged_area hidclass.sys

The minidump can be found here:

https://onedrive.live.com/redir?resid=AAA276A543B9E0F1!143&authkey=!ABD4iwgEKyxI-0A&ithint=folder%2cdmp

It looks like it point at an error in ntoskrnl.exe, but then I am stuck. Can anyone help with me finding the root cause?

Thanks.

These crashes were related to memory corruption (probably caused by a driver).

Please run these two tests to verify your memory and find which driver is causing the problem.  Please run verifier first.  You do not need to run memtest yet unless verifier does not find the cause, or you want to.

If you are over-clocking anything reset to default before running these tests.
In other words STOP!!!  If you do not know what this means you probably are not

1-Driver verifier (for complete directions see our wiki here)

2-Memtest. (You can read more about running memtest here)

If you continue to crash I would remove Symantec as it often causes problems like this

I do not work for MS
