Last year after Windows 10 was installed from Windows 7, my Adobe Reader worked just fine, I didn't have any problems with it! Two days ago after an "update", now it is not working and says "incompatible". What the heck is going on? What do I need to do?
I’ve just bought a Lenovo T460s running Windows 10 Home and Business 2016. My existing Lenovo T60p running Windows 7 Pro is going strong but showing age. I’m a consultant with a portfolio existence trading though my own company and have two separate business email accounts. A large number of people globally know my contact details so I don’t want to lose that very large database. No other employees. I log into the T60p using my 1st business email and password. I set up my email accounts in Windows 7 Pro using email addresses, server, port and SSL / TLS details. However my T460s Windows 10 Home and Business 2016 won’t allow me to use the same main business email as my account forcing me to set up an Outlook.com account and new password, which I don’t want to do. And when I try to set up my business email accounts it doesn’t have a facility to enter Port numbers and SSL / TLS details, offering only server details and SSL on/off options. As a result I can’t send or receive business emails. What’s wrong with the Business side of Windows 10 Home and Business? My interaction with Microsoft support has had me hanging on for a long time, no resolution or guidance on what to do. How can I find out what Home and Business should offer in this respect and how do I proceed. Which is the right product to buy? and I now realize that having been forced to use an outlook.com email address to use this forum I can't receive notification of a response to my T60P Windows 7 Pro so will have to look in regularly.....ughhh I also can’t see the normal Outlook 2010 icon under Windows 10. How do I find that? I’m now about to send the T460s back because it doesn’t do what I want it to do i.e. be my business and personal laptop.

I installed Windows 10 on my father-in-law's desktop computer about a year ago. It had worked fine since until a couple of days ago. He said when he started it up, it asked him about installing Windows 10 again. Since I had warned him before about not accepting everything that popped up, he canceled the actions. His computer then reverted back to Windows 7 and lost everything that was on it. It also says that no internet connection is available, so I can't reinstall windows 10. (Wi-Fi is still working, so I know there internet is available.) I tried a system restore, but it would not go back any further than the day I was there.
