To test the upcoming user experience before that time, install the latest Google Chrome Canary build. Noticed the discussion about including photos in Windows 10 emails. I have an old version of Adobe Photoshop Elements (Version 2.0, as I recall) on my Windows 10 computer (Photoshop Elements was there when it was a Windows 7 computer and I upgraded to Windows 10) and was having no real problems of including photos in emails, except that when I included a photo or series of photos and got ready to send the emails, the photos would call up my Adobe Photoshop Elements as it was sending the email. I got annoyed at Adobe Photoshop Elements starting up each time I sent an email with a photo in it, so I asked Cortana about and found the Discussion on Windows 8's inability to include photos in my emails. Adobe Photoshop Elements only slowed down the email transmission by having to open up and process the photos, but it worked. So for now, until Microsoft fixes the problem, I will just reactivate Adobe Photoshop Elements and let it do its job and get my emails on the way. Hope this contributes to the discussion of including photos in emails ,
