64% Restart Loop on Windows 10

Windows XP

So about 3 weeks ago I was doing a clean reset on my Vizio Windows 10 computer and it was going just fine until my computer unexpectedly restarted, I tried to solve my problem by doing the regedit value change thinking it would work but it made my problem much worse. Now my computer starts up and loads for a bit then it quickly goes to the Installing Windows part then it just goes away and does everything all over again if that makes sense. I tried looking up answers for this but I can't seem to fix it, someone help :(

Windows 10 and Photos Inclusion

Windows XP

Noticed the discussion about including photos in Windows 10 emails. I have an old version of Adobe Photoshop Elements (Version 2.0, as I recall) on my Windows 10 computer (Photoshop Elements was there when it was a Windows 7 computer and I upgraded to Windows 10) and was having no real problems of including photos in emails, except that when I included a photo or series of photos and got ready to send the emails, the photos would call up my Adobe Photoshop Elements as it was sending the email. I got annoyed at Adobe Photoshop Elements starting up each time I sent an email with a photo in it, so I asked Cortana about and found the Discussion on Windows 8's inability to include photos in my emails. Adobe Photoshop Elements only slowed down the email transmission by having to open up and process the photos, but it worked. So for now, until Microsoft fixes the problem, I will just reactivate Adobe Photoshop Elements and let it do its job and get my emails on the way. Hope this contributes to the discussion of including photos in emails ,

Windows Explorer is muting microphone

Windows XP

Hi, For some time I try to find out why the internal microphone of my Toshiba Satellite S855-S5165 laptop running Windows 10 is muted from time to time. It seems that muting of the mic is synchronized with appearance one or more "Windows Explorer Application"columns in the Volume Mixer - Speakers(Realtek High Definition Audio) indicating muted speaker. What are the reasons behind such behavior of the mic and what sequence of steps needs to be executed in order to return to proper, uninterrupted operation of the mic? Thanks, Jozef

Diskcopy please!

Windows XP

Why can I not find an executable diskcopy *anywhere*? Not on my computer, not on Microsoft.com, not on my hard drive or computer manufacturers sites... I would be very grateful if someone could point me in the right direction.

BSOD 1000007e due to Wireless connectivity issues

Windows XP

Hi there, I experienced a novel (to me) BSOD whilst running windows networking diagnostics in order to solve a fairly regular wireless connectivity issue I'm suffering with my Toshiba satellite P850-12Z running Windows 7 64bit. Problem signature: Problem Event Name: BlueScreen OS Version: 6.1.7601.2.1.0.768.3 Locale ID: 2057 Additional information about the problem: BCCode: 1000007e BCP1: FFFFFFFFC0000005 BCP2: FFFFF80003101852 BCP3: FFFFF88003BF4688 BCP4: FFFFF88003BF3EE0 OS Version: 6_1_7601 Service Pack: 1_0 Product: 768_1 Here is the minidump: https://1drv.ms/u/s!AuUE15QuVJEIgR6rxpY-2hia-fDU I have previously asked and (briefly) had this wireless issue solved in another thread (as you can see the issue was fixed then by removing remnants of McAfee and updating drivers - and also through removing the toshiba enhancement suite) but the issue has been recurring with increasing frequency of late. The wireless connectivity drops, windows diagnostics struggles, then after a few restarts and a few more efforts with the windows networks diagnostics it will pop back in again for an indeterminate period of time. Today was the first time it has resulted in a BSOD while trying to resolve issues. the BSOD is just a symptom of this deeper wireless issue which Is really what I'm hoping we can solve. I really appreciate you taking the time to help, this laptop is really starting to give up the ghost it seems. Many thanks in advance!

Volume Mixer Not Working?

Windows XP

I'm having a problem where when I set an application like System Sounds on mute using Volume Mixer, when I close out of it, it resets right back to full volume and it's extremely loud. This just started happening today, which is the first day I've had my new headset, a Razer Kraken Pro so this obviously has something to do with it but I can't figure out what. I really need help on this right away, this headset is loud and I think I've actually gotten hearing damage from it playing so loud in my ears.
